Treatment-focused massage for increased wellness
"Prevent trouble before it arises. Put things in order before they exist.
The giant pine tree grows from a tiny sprout.
The journey of a thousand miles starts from beneath your feet."
- Lao Tzu
I've always been curious about the body. As a kid our family chiropractor would give me detailed answers about how the nervous system worked. I would mumble questions while the orthodontist wrestled with my braces. When my best friend became a massage therapist I was fascinated as she described the actions of various muscles. My curiosity about the body never seemed to be quenched. After graduating from Everest College in 2015 I began doing clinical massage.
As my practice evolved, I fell in love with the use of massage tools. Now I specialize in cupping: a modality that decompresses, stretches, and increases circulation in tissues. I have also developed guasha (scraping) and warm bamboo techniques to calm the nervous system and provide deeply relaxing pressure.
My love of health and fitness also inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I aim to empower clients as they strive to balance and build trust and pride in their bodies. Every year I seek new methods to guide people toward health and equilibrium.
A client recently told me: "I love that you never give up."It's true. I firmly believe that anybody can decrease their pain and improve function with a little help and personal commitment.
Are you ready to feel better, everyday? Would you like to work with someone with experience and knowledge who is passionate about helping you find solutions? If so, I would love assist you in building a life where you can feel relaxed, strong, and pain-free.

Since I was very little, I have found the human body to be fascinating! When I was a child I started out giving foot massages to my parents; as I grew older I would often massage my cross-country and track teammates before competitions or after bouts of brutal training. Helping others to decrease pain and feel good has always been something I deeply enjoy, and has always been a big part of my life.
In my late twenties I finally made it official! In 2015 I graduated from Everest College. Since then I have been constantly learning. Some of my continuing education experiences include training in Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, and Neural Reset Therapy. To expand my knowledge I became certified as a personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and obtained additional NASM certifications in Corrective Exercise and Nutritional Coaching.
My treatments often employ Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, guasha, warm bamboo, and a variety of neuromuscular techniques combined with deeply relaxing pressure. Years of clinical experience have honed my ability to zero in on common problem areas, facilitating relaxation and targeted pain reduction. I love collaborating with clients--working together to discover how to prevent injury, decrease tension, and enhance performance. My intuitive skill, creativity, and attentive care lead to a thoroughly soothing massage that gets results.
A client once told me: "I love that you never give up!" And it's true--I firmly believe that anybody can decrease their pain and improve daily function with a little help and personal commitment.
